Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GoFusion, available at gofusion.top. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to use GoFusion. You must provide accurate information and be legally permitted to use the service in your country.

Account Registration

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. One person may maintain only one account unless we expressly permit otherwise. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

User Responsibilities

• Use the platform lawfully and in good faith.
• Do not attempt to manipulate tasks, referrals, contests or rewards.
• Do not upload false proof or misrepresent completed activity.
• Respect other members and the support team.

Tasks & Activities

Tasks and promotional activities are made available at our discretion and may change or be withdrawn at any time. Each task states its requirements before you begin. Submissions may be reviewed, and submissions that do not meet the stated requirements may be rejected.

Rewards

Rewards are credited only for activity that is accepted after review. Reward values are stated per activity and may vary. GoFusion does not guarantee any particular level of earnings, and nothing on the platform should be treated as an income promise.

Referral Program

Members receive a unique referral link. Referral rewards apply where a referred member registers through your link and meets the eligibility conditions of the referral programme in force at that time. Referral terms may be updated, and abusive or artificial referrals may be reversed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be made for eligible balance, subject to verification, minimum thresholds, applicable fees and the processing schedule published on the platform. We may pause or review a withdrawal where we suspect fraud, error or a breach of these terms.

Membership

Membership plans determine your account level and the features and opportunities available to you. Plans do not guarantee earnings. Plan details and pricing may change, with existing account levels honoured as described at the time of purchase.

Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple or fraudulent accounts.
• Using bots, scripts or automation to complete activity.
• Submitting false, copied or manipulated proof.
• Interfering with the platform, its security or other members.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. Where an account is closed for a breach, associated pending rewards may be withheld.

Changes To The Service

We may update, modify or discontinue parts of the platform, including features, plans and reward structures. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify members through the platform.
